STYLIN PHOTO CUBE CRAFT
Step 1: Gather Materials
•    1 Wood Cube
•    4 Sheets of Patterned Paper or Cardstock
•    Acrylic Paint (we used ‘Faded Jeans’ colored
       Ranger Distress Crackle Paint)
•    4 Photos
•    Stickers, Ribbon, Stamps, Beads or Glitter
•    Paper Glue (we used Yes! Paste)
•    Paint Brush
•    Pencil
•    Scissors
•    Medium Grit Sandpaper

Step 2: Prepare Work Surface. Cover work surface with paper or a plastic table cloth to avoid getting paint where you don’t want it.
Step 3: Paint the Cube. Paint 2 or 3 sides of the cube with acrylic paint.  Let dry completely.
Step 4: Cut Paper Squares. Trace one side of the cube onto 4 sheets of paper and cut out 4 squares.
Step 5: Adhere Paper to Cube
Adhere paper squares to the cube with a flat stick paste or glue.
Step 6: Add Photos. Trim photos and adhere to 4 sides of the cube.
Step 7:  Finishing Touches. Embellish with letters, stickers, stamps, ribbon, beads or glitter and enjoy!

*Trick: If you want the paper to fit your cube exactly, use a piece of medium grit sandpaper to sand off any excess paper after you’ve glued it to the cube.

Directions: Use scissors to cut fun shaped wings -can be any shape, butterfly, moth, bee or an imaginary bug. Place the mesh wings in the center of a pipe cleaner. Fold the top of the pipe cleaner down and t he bottom of the pipe cleaner up and twist. Leave 3 inches on each end (for legs) and trim. Use the same or different colored 6” pieces of pipe cleaner to make more legs by attaching to the body, twisting at half way point and then bending to give knees. For antennas cut a 4” piece of pipe cleaner and attach where you want the head and twist tight to secure and curl ends. Decorate the bug’s wings with tacky tape and glass marbles. Or by using pieces of the sticker strips or just use glue and glitter and wiggle eyes. To decorate feet cut small strips of Tacky tape and dip feet in Tiny Glass marbles. Use paint brush to dab a little tacky glue on the pipe cleaner and attach eyes to head.
Tip: When cutting out wire mesh wing shapes take two 4 x 5” pieces of mesh, fold in half and cut one shape. Do not cut on the fold and when you unfold you will have two pair of matching wings.
