End of the School Year Party

It's been a long – and for some kids, hard – school year. Help your children and their friends celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of summertime with an End of the School Year party! Here are some suggestions for a fabulous bash.

Food:

• Lemonade
• Fruit punch
• Grilled hot dogs and hamburgers
• Make your own sundaes
• Watermelon

Activities:

• School supply collection – Ask guests to bring gently used or unused school supplies and donate what you collect to your child's school.
• Make your own bubbles – Combine one part dish soap and two parts water, and pour the mixture into a large pan. Twist wire hangers into circular shapes for wands.
• Run through the sprinkler.
• Pool games
• Hide and Seek
• Scavenger Hunt
• Chalk drawing on the driveway
