Get Kids Jumping With New Exercise DVD

Up Down and All Around is a creative movement/exercise DVD focused on fun, family and fitness.  Utilizing the elements of movement the program entertains as it motivates adults and kids to get physically fit through movement games, silly exercises and challenges.  The goal of the video is to get parents and kids, teachers and students, grandparents and grandchildren to move together by providing accessible movement activities for everyone ages 2+. There is also a free teacher/parent movement guide that can be downloaded  which explains each section in-depth, discusses the importance of the skills being addressed as well as provides fun movement variations to each exercise. It even explains how these movement games connect to literacy!  The program focuses on the fundamentals of movement as well as the basic components of exercise, meeting the National Standards for Physical Education. Steve Blunt, children's musician is also featured on the DVD. His live performance, and creative songs adds extra toe-tapping fun! For more information, visit us online at www.leapinglegs.com.
