Let's Get Cooking!

Keep your guests busy by having them make their own party foods. They can make ice cream, pizza, and cakes. Then they can enjoy eating their creations in a fancy restaurant atmosphere.

Decorations

Decorate your party room like a restaurant, using separate card tables decorated with cloth tablecloths, cloth napkins, silverware, plastic champagne glasses to drink juice from, and flower bud centerpieces.

Food

  • Make your own ice cream
  • Make your own pizza
  • Make your own cake (Use the birthday kid's cake for blowing out the candles)
  • Cut up veggies to serve as an appetizer

Activities

Cooking will be the main activity, but while the cakes cool, the kids can decorate plain white aprons with fabric markers or fabric paint.

Party Favors

Send everyone home with the apron they decorated, the recipes for the food they made, and a goody bag with food treats.
