1. Who can enter?  This contest is open to all children under age 13. To enter the contest, email photo(s) along with: child's name, age, parent/guardian's name, address, phone, location of where the fish was caught, approximate length or weight of the fish) to editor@kidzruleusa.com or send to: Kidz Rule USA, PO Box 834, Milford,NH 03055.  All entries must be received between the dates of May 1, 2008 and September 30, 2008. 
2. Methods of Entry:  To enter the contest, email information (photos, child's name, age, parent/guardian's name, address, phone, location of where the fish was caught, approximate length or weight of the fish) to editor@kidzruleusa.com or send to: Kidz Rule USA, PO Box 834, Milford,NH 03055.  Entrants may only enter once. 
3. Judging:  Judging will take place on October 6 of 2008 by Kidz Rule USA from all eligible entries received to award the prizes.  Winners are not selected based on the size of fish caught. Eligible winner’s parents/guardians will be notified by telephone and will have 48 hours to respond to the telephone notification or they forfeit their winnings and a new randomly drawn winner is chosen.
4. Prize:  One Grand Prize (1) will be awarded and four (4) first prizes.  Grand Prize will receive a guided New Hampshire fishing trip in spring 2009 for the winner and a parent, which will be filmed and aired on MyTV! First prizes winner's prize is to be announced. Winners will be responsible for any and all income or other taxes on the Prize.  Employees of Kidz Rule USA and NH Fish and Game Dept. and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.  Void where prohibited by law.
5. By entering, entrants consent to allow Kidz Rule USA to contact him or her via telephone and/or email, include photo(s) in upcoming issues of Kidz Rule USA or on the website at http://www.kidzruleusa.com/.
6. Odds of being a winner depend on total number of eligible entries received.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  All federal, state and local laws apply.
7. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, which are final. By entering, participants agree that Kidz Rule USA, the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind to any person or property arising or resulting from, in whole or in part, participating in this contest.
